- • Senior Service Designer role supporting federal clients in modernizing services, improving customer experience, and transforming mission-critical systems through human-centered design.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research with federal customers and staff, analyzing policy and workflows, creating service blueprints and journey maps, identifying friction points, designing holistic services aligned with user needs and compliance, prototyping changes, ensuring accessibility and security standards, leading workshops, and bridging research, business, and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in service design, human-centered design, UX/CX strategy, or systems design
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • US Citizenship required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
