Senior Service Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Service Manager at Valtech SE, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality operational support services to large international clients, ensuring service excellence and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• • Day to day, you will implement and manage operational support services, construct and manage support processes and teams, set up and negotiate managed service contracts and SLAs, monitor service performance, lead incident and problem management, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, liaise with clients daily, manage security and privacy processes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support pre-sales activities as needed.
