📋 Description
- • As a Senior Service Manager at Valtech SE, you will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence for large international clients by managing support services, contracts, and performance metrics in a complex vendor and client landscape.
- • Day to day, you will implement and manage operational support services, set up and negotiate managed service contracts and SLAs, monitor service accounts and performance metrics, lead incident and problem management processes, coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams, liaise with clients daily to ensure satisfaction, contribute to continuous improvement, manage security and privacy processes, share knowledge with peers, and support pre-sales activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in ITIL-based processes and SLA management
- • Experience setting up managed services contracts and SLAs
- • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods such as SCRUM and Kanban
- • Understanding of DevOps principles
- • Experience working in an international and multicultural context with offshored teams
- • Excellent command of English (C2 level)
