📋 Description
- • As a Senior Service Manager at Valtech SE, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional operational support services to large international clients, ensuring service excellence and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction and the reliability of technology-enabled experiences for global brands.
- • Day to day, you will implement and manage operational support services, construct and manage support processes and teams, set up and negotiate managed service contracts and SLAs, monitor service performance metrics, lead incident and problem management, coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams, liaise with clients daily, manage security and privacy processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, share knowledge with peers, and support pre-sales activities as needed.
