  • • A key aspect of this role involves mentorship and knowledge transfer; you will be expected to train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians, particularly with high-voltage (HV) systems, electric vehicle powertrains, and advanced repair procedures.
  • • You will maintain and continuously expand your high-level knowledge of both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems, as well as general electric vehicle architectures and components.
  • • This role requires a proactive problem-solver, capable of addressing both technical challenges and process-flow inefficiencies. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one to two major repair categories, providing guidance and expertise to the wider service team.
  • • Adherence to correct repair order documentation procedures, including the 'Three C's' (Concern, Cause, Correction), is paramount to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all service records.
  • • You will leverage Lucid's software suite to meticulously and completely document all customer vehicle interactions, ensuring a clear and comprehensive service history.
  • • Effective communication and collaboration are essential. You will work closely with other members of the service team, including Service Advisors and Managers, and will also communicate directly with customers to explain diagnoses and repair plans.
  • • A keen attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences are vital, reflecting Lucid's dedication to luxury service.
  • • The role may require flexibility, including the ability to work remotely and support the mobile service team as needed, extending our service reach and capabilities.

  • • This includes troubleshooting complex electrical faults, diagnosing powertrain issues, and performing necessary component replacements or repairs.
