- • Senior Shopify Full-Stack Developer role at Onhires Inc., building high-traffic Shopify stores for one of the world’s largest music companies, powering merch and digital storefronts for major global artists — enabling millions of fans to discover, shop, and engage with artist brands through scalable, performant eCommerce experiences.
- • Develop and maintain advanced Shopify storefront experiences using modern development practices, including custom theme development with scalable architecture and reusable components, implementation of Shopify Functions, Pixels, and headless solutions, and collaboration with designers, architects, and product stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver clean, documented, and maintainable frontend and backend code.
- • Join a fast-moving, product-minded team focused on performance, scalability, user experience, and modern Shopify standards, working on complex, large-scale eCommerce solutions that support multiple markets and high traffic with real visibility and impact on global artist brands.
- • Contribute to headless or partially headless Shopify implementations when needed, build clean and reliable code with strong attention to performance and maintainability, and support deployment workflows through Git-based collaboration and CI/CD best practices using GitHub Actions.
- • Gain deep expertise in the full Shopify ecosystem — including themes, apps, extensions, Functions, and headless commerce — while working on high-impact projects for internationally recognized music artists, enhancing technical mastery in performance optimization, international eCommerce, and modern frontend/backend integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of total development experience, with 10+ years preferred and at least 4–5+ years of dedicated Shopify experience in the last 3–5 years
- • Strong hands-on experience across multiple Shopify ecosystem areas: theme development (Liquid, HTML, CSS, Tailwind), apps/extensions, Shopify Functions, Pixels, and headless Shopify implementations
- • Proficiency in core technical skills: Liquid, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js or Remix, Node.js or other backend experience, Git/GitHub, basic CI/CD knowledge, GitHub Actions, and Webpack or similar bundling tools
