đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Senior Site Operations Manager at Ridealso Inc., you will be the critical link between regional teams, marketing, product, and engineering, ensuring that local market needs are heard, prioritized, and translated into scalable, global ecommerce solutions on Shopify. Your role is essential to maintaining a high-performing, reliable, and rapidly evolving online storefront that supports ALSO’s mission to replace car trips with affordable, enjoyable, and highly efficient electric mobility.
  • • You will own day-to-day website operations on Shopify, ensuring performance, reliability, and rapid iteration while coordinating and driving website feature and experience initiatives across international and distributed teams, balancing global consistency with local needs. You will act as the central point of intake for feedback, requirements, and ideas from regional teams—synthesizing inputs into clear, prioritized plans and consultatively gathering cross-functional requirements from finance, product, software, marketing, fulfillment operations, and customer experience teams.
  • • You will translate individual market needs into scalable solutions that work across regions, rather than one-off fixes, and partner closely with engineering and software teams to scope work, define requirements, and manage execution. You will lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch, keeping teams aligned and moving forward by creating clarity in fast-changing environments through defining scope, timelines, dependencies, and ownership.
  • • You will document decisions, requirements, and workflows clearly using Asana, Confluence, JIRA, or comparable tools and continuously improve how work gets done—simplifying processes, removing friction, and increasing speed. Your background in agile or iterative development environments, combined with strong project management expertise, will enable you to move work forward with the right mix of process and action.
  • • You will bring exceptional ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous projects, supported by clear, concise communication and documentation practices that keep teams aligned. Your experience with Shopify Plus, internationalization (localization, currencies, payments), and tools like Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence will be instrumental in driving ecommerce excellence across global markets.
  • • You will join a passionate team of builders, dreamers, doers, and innovators at ALSO, an electric mobility company originally conceived as part of Rivian, focused on creating entirely new, innovative, and delightful vertically integrated small EVs designed to meet global mobility challenges. Together, you’ll work hands-on to imagine, design, and build solutions that inspire everyone to ride ALSO—replacing many local car, truck, and SUV miles with ones on vehicles that are more affordable, more enjoyable, and 10-50x more efficient.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of Shopify experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments scaling ecommerce operations across multiple regions or storefronts, with DTC experience strongly preferred.
  • • Experience configuring solutions in Shopify Plus and internationalization (localization, currencies, payments).
  • • Proven experience coordinating projects across international teams and time zones.
  • • Strong project management expertise with the ability to move work forward with the right mix of process and action, including Agile/sprint planning and management experience.
  • • Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and design teams.
  • • Experience using tools like Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • • Exceptional ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous projects.
  • • Clear, concise communicator who documents well and keeps teams aligned.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Robust health coverage: Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance covered up to 100% by ALSO with FSA & HSA options.
  • • One Medical membership and dedicated insurance advocates.
  • • Rich fertility and family building benefits with Progyny.
  • • Flexible time off.
  • • 401(k) match.
