  • • As a Senior Social Media Strategist at Intercom, you will elevate the organic social presence of Intercom and its AI agent Fin across key platforms, driving brand visibility and engagement in alignment with the company’s mission to transform customer experiences through AI.
  • • You will own and evolve social strategy for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels; partner with go-to-market teams to turn product launches into social campaigns; enable executives and employees to build influence through content playbooks and direct collaboration; run multi-post campaigns around major announcements; experiment with content formats, AI tools, and platform features; oversee YouTube strategy and agency partnerships; and proactively shape the brand’s social agenda without waiting for direction.
