This is a dynamic, hands-on role that demands a collaborative spirit and a relentless focus on delivering scalable, platform-native video content that resonates with audiences worldwide. As the Senior Social Media Video Editor, you will be instrumental in interpreting technical and media requirements with strategic depth, ensuring that every video asset is meticulously crafted to align with the unique characteristics and best practices of various social platforms and global markets. This critical step ensures that all video content is delivered accurately and at scale, catering to the specific demands of global markets. You will be responsible for editing and delivering social-first video content that is expertly optimized for major platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat. This involves a deep understanding and application of platform-specific knowledge, such as safe zones, optimal aspect ratios, and other best practices that drive engagement and performance.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in adapting and localizing global campaigns for multiple regions. This includes making necessary adjustments for language, cultural sensitivities, and format variations to ensure maximum relevance and impact in each target market.
- • You will also be tasked with distributing production tasks efficiently among a team of editors and external partners. This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage post-production workflows to support both speed and volume without compromising quality. Close collaboration with larger creative teams is essential to guarantee alignment with overarching campaign objectives and adherence to global brand standards. Your ability to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans will be vital.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the video content strategy for leading global brands, pushing the boundaries of social media storytelling. You will be at the forefront of video trends, constantly exploring new ways to engage audiences and drive brand awareness through compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for social media, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional video content in fast-paced, demanding environments. - • You will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for creative improvement and workflow optimization. This includes staying abreast of emerging video technologies and platform updates, and integrating them into our production processes. The Senior Social Media Video Editor will also contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for social video content, serving as a subject matter expert within the organization. Your ability to mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback will be a valuable asset to the team. Ultimately, this role is about driving engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and achieving measurable results through expertly crafted social video content.
