• • Lead a comprehensive architectural audit of our current stack, pinpointing bottlenecks, single points of failure, and technical debt. Translate findings into a pragmatic, phased roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term scalability, and present it to stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to junior engineers.
• • Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based solutions that scale horizontally to support millions of concurrent users across multiple continents. Leverage Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and serverless patterns to achieve 99.9 % uptime while keeping costs predictable.
