📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Software Salesforce Architect to join the team at PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology.
• The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional sales and support expertise, strong technical acumen, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• The Senior Software Salesforce Architect will help maximize the value of the Salesforce platform while adhering to platform best practices.
• The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, Salesforce Developers/Administrators, Release Managers, and QA teams on solution discovery and delivery.
• The Senior Software Salesforce Architect will conceptualize new solutions and recommend enhancements to existing functionality while leading the architectural vision across Salesforce Sales Cloud platforms.
• The role requires defining and documenting Salesforce architecture, including integrations and customizations, and serving as the Salesforce technical authority for complex implementations and integrations.
• The Senior Software Salesforce Architect will lead solution design for integrations with internal systems, review and approve technical designs, data models, and implementation approaches, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to administration and development teams.
• The role involves ensuring configurations and customizations comply with security standards, providing thought leadership to support PAR’s digital transformation, and driving positive user experiences.
• The Senior Software Salesforce Architect will work as part of a Scrum team with Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver business value, analyze existing processes and solutions for optimization and performance improvements, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction.
• The role requires evaluating new Salesforce features and releases for business value and promoting reuse, automation, and low-code/no-code best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce in an Admin capacity
• At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, including 1+ year with CPQ/Revenue Cloud
• Well-rounded functional knowledge across the Lead-to-Quote value stream
• Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
