- • Day-to-day responsibilities include working in an agile environment as a full stack developer, tackling diverse software engineering projects, learning new technologies, honing Rails expertise, collaborating across global engineering teams, reviewing code, diagnosing and solving cross-team problems, participating in hiring and onboarding, and providing constructive feedback to foster team growth.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Ruby on Rails, gain fluency in new technologies quickly, strengthen mentorship and leadership skills, solve complex technical problems, improve communication and trust-building abilities, and grow your craft through AI-enhanced development practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in software development with building web applications at scale using Ruby on Rails
- • Ability to gain fluency in new technologies quickly and work effectively in evolving environments with distributed teams
- • Demonstrated success in mentorship in software development, particularly using Agile processes with large-scale SaaS products
- • Strong communication skills and ability to build high-trust relationships with teammates and customers
- • History of past projects with notable successes and lessons learned, showing capacity to solve complex technical problems
- • Keen interest in improving craft through the use of AI
