📋 Description

• Senior Software Developer HealthTec (w/m/d) full remote – a key role in shaping the future of healthcare software solutions at IQVIA Holdings Inc., where you will design, develop, and maintain scalable systems that support critical healthcare processes for German health insurers.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to conceptualize and implement software solutions using .NET and Java, analyze and improve existing systems for performance and maintainability, take ownership of technical architecture decisions, support quality assurance through test-driven development principles, and contribute process optimization ideas.
• You will join Health System Services (HSS), a leading German healthcare technology provider founded in 1990 with ~170 employees in Dortmund, specializing in approval and billing management, software development and delivery, and digitalization and archiving services for health insurers.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern .NET and Java ecosystems, gain hands-on experience with cloud-ready architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and API design, while advancing your skills in clean code, design patterns, and agile methodologies within a mission-driven healthcare tech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable IT education
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in .NET / .NET Core / .NET Framework, including understanding of CLR and Garbage Collection
• Good knowledge of object-oriented software development, Clean-Code principles, and common design patterns
• Experience with web APIs and interfaces (e.g., REST, SOAP)
• Very good German language skills (B2 to C1); good English skills are advantageous
