📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our Architecture team remotely in Poland to help build & scale Rho’s all-in-one finance platform.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, async programming and performance optimization.
• Experience building web apps and services to support a great product is also required.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application, is also necessary.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools, and experience working within complex, regulated environments, coordinating across multiple partners and stakeholders are also required.
• Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure is also required.
• The ideal candidate will also have experience mentoring junior engineers.
