- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning features from inception to production, designing full-stack systems architecture, maintaining CI/CD pipelines for multiple daily releases, managing data layer performance and integrity, and providing engineering leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record designing, scaling, and maintaining large-scale, highly resilient modern software systems under real-world traffic patterns
- • Deep experience operating in modern agile environments with automated testing, containerized pipelines, and high-frequency production deployments
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deconstruct complex technical problems for non-technical stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams
- • Availability 7 days a week for on-call responsibilities including real-time system maintenance, backup confirmations, and emergency incident responses
- • Hands-on expertise across the full stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redux, Node.js/Express, Java 17/Dropwizard, Strapi, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Ubuntu, and GitHub Actions
