- • As a Senior Software Engineer in Kong's API Management group, you will build tools and services that enable visibility into customers' APIs, ensuring they are discovered, meet requirements, and have great documentation—directly impacting how organizations secure, manage, and govern their API and AI ecosystems.
- • Day to day, you will lead cross-team features and initiatives, design and implement microservices and APIs for API discoverability and management, support production services via on-call rotation, write automated tests to prevent regressions, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- • Kong Inc. is a trusted leader in API and AI connectivity, powering the agentic era through its Kong Konnect platform, which enables organizations to secure, manage, accelerate, govern, and monetize intelligence flow across APIs and AI models for Fortune 500 companies and startups worldwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in distributed systems, SaaS platform development, and modern TypeScript/JavaScript stacks while influencing product direction, mentoring peers, and gaining visibility into how API infrastructure drives business outcomes at scale.
