- • As a Senior Backend Engineer at Intellistack Technologies Inc., you will architect and build the core services that power Streamline, the company’s workflow orchestration platform, enabling organizations to automate complex business processes at scale without writing code.
- • Day to day, you will design and develop high-performance, scalable microservices in Java, build and operate the workflow orchestration engine using Temporal, design fault-tolerant distributed systems, integrate AI agents for smarter workflow execution, ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI DSS, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable backend services.
- • Intellistack is a fast-growing, AI-powered no-code productivity solutions provider that empowers thousands of organizations worldwide to build custom forms, automate document generation, capture eSignatures, and streamline data-driven processes—all without code. - • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in distributed systems and AI-enhanced backend engineering, mentor emerging talent, influence technical direction, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that directly impact customer success and platform innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks
- • Strong experience with Temporal (or comparable workflow orchestration engines) and distributed workflow design
- • Experience building microservices and multi-tenant solutions
- • Hands-on experience running services on Kubernetes, with cloud platforms and CI/CD
- • Proven experience delivering scalable APIs and reliable backend services
