📋 Description
- • As a Senior Software Engineer at Medallion Inc., you will play a critical role in building and scaling a leading provider operations platform that eliminates administrative bottlenecks in healthcare, enabling teams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- • You will work on meaningful, high-impact projects from day one, shipping production code in your first week, scoping and leading large initiatives, developing team roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and writing extensive code across a modern tech stack including Python/Django backend and React/JavaScript/TypeScript frontend.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
- • Experience across multiple functional areas such as frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure
- • Strong technical foundation with deep care for both technical and product success
- • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to get things done
