- • As a Senior Software Engineer at Globalization Partners, Inc., you will design and develop cloud-enabled products across the full code stack, directly contributing to a SaaS-based Global Employment Platform that enables clients to expand into over 180 countries without establishing local entities. Your work will break down barriers to global business and create opportunities for people worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with Product and User Experience teams to translate requirements into sprint stories, mentor junior engineers, advocate for modern agile methodologies, build prototypes to refine concepts, and evolve the SDLC and tech stack while developing full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS enterprise software, cloud architectures (particularly AWS), and full-stack development while growing as a technical leader through mentoring others and influencing the evolution of the company’s technology strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams
- • Experience developing and integrating full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Java, APIs, modern databases)
- • Previous knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies, including experience with AWS
- • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is desirable
