• • As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Products team, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and scaling sophisticated AI and Machine Learning systems that will define the next generation of HX's product offerings. This involves tackling complex problems for which no existing off-the-shelf solutions are available, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in applied AI. You will be instrumental in leading the design and deployment of state-of-the-art model capabilities, encompassing everything from advanced LLM-driven workflows to highly optimized, domain-specific ML pipelines tailored for the unique challenges of messy, high-value real-world insurance data. Your contributions will directly shape the performance, robustness, and long-term scalability of our AI platform by driving foundational decisions across data management, model development, and production infrastructure.

We combine cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) technology with profound insurance domain expertise to address challenges that others are not equipped to handle. Our current focus is on two flagship products: a sophisticated ingestion engine designed to convert unstructured insurance documents into actionable, structured insights, and our premier offering, a specialized AI peer-programmer. This peer-programmer is embedded within a custom Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and is engineered to fundamentally transform the way actuaries and underwriters code, model risk, and make multi-billion dollar decisions.
