📋 Description
- • As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Developer Experience at Heidi Health, you will play a critical role in enabling engineering teams to build, test, and deploy software efficiently and reliably, directly supporting the company’s mission to scale its AI Care Partner globally.
- • You will design and maintain scalable build systems, develop tools and integrations to streamline the local develop-build-test loop, automate release and deployment processes, enforce safe deployment patterns, and extend self-service tooling for app teams including environment scaffolding and secrets management.
- • You will collaborate closely with product pods to embed reliability practices, incident response readiness, and SLO ownership, working within a mission-driven team of doctors, engineers, designers, and researchers dedicated to improving healthcare through technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern platform engineering, gain hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure on AWS/Azure, influence developer productivity at scale, and contribute to systems that support millions of patient interactions weekly across 116 countries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–10+ years of experience in developer tooling or developer experience roles
- • Experience building CI/CD systems, gitOps workflows, and managing monorepos
- • Experience running production systems on AWS or Azure (including EKS, ECS, or AKS)
- • Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills using Terraform and Helm
- • Observability mindset with proficiency in metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
- • Comfort troubleshooting distributed systems and diagnosing performance issues
