📋 Description

• As a Staff Search Engineer at CreatorIQ, you will lead the design and evolution of the real-time search platform that powers creator discovery across 30M profiles and billions of posts, directly enabling brands and agencies to find and engage with influencers at scale.
• Day to day, you will architect and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, develop high-performance APIs in Go, collaborate with product and architecture teams to refine search relevance and performance, participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and mentor engineers while contributing to scalable, reliable backend systems.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in large-scale search systems, influence architectural decisions for a critical product component, gain hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Go-based microservices, and grow as a technical leader while solving complex scalability and reliability challenges at enterprise scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of software development experience with strong computer science background
• 3+ years of recent ElasticSearch experience or similar
• Proven experience in Golang development or strong willingness to learn
• In-depth knowledge of ElasticSearch and familiarity with AWS infrastructure
• Solid foundation in computing theory including OOP, database theory (RDBMS/NoSQL), and network interactions
• Experience with REST API development, web frameworks, testing, and version control (GIT)
