- • Senior Software Engineer for AI role focused on designing, building, and shipping AI-powered features that directly impact Lumindigital's digital banking platform and client experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating LLMs and AI APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) into production systems with robust prompt engineering, output validation, and safety guardrails; evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and compliance; collaborating with product, engineering, security, and data teams to deliver end-to-end AI features; contributing to internal AI knowledge base; championing security and compliance in AI development; conducting code reviews; and evaluating new AI tools and frameworks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5 years equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML integration or LLM-based product development
- • Proficiency with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, including prompt engineering and tool/function calling
- • Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js
- • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs — knowing when to trust, verify, and push back
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
