- • Build new frontend interfaces for lawyers and professional organizations to interact with AI-powered tools across Harvey’s products: Assistant, Vault, Workflows, and Harvey add-ins for Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- • Lead end-to-end development of UI features—from scoping and design reviews to implementation, launch, and iterative improvement—for existing and future Harvey products.
- • Develop high-performance, polished React + TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS, with emphasis on crisp interactions, resilient state management, and robust error handling.
- • Architect and evolve reusable UI components and design patterns to strengthen Harvey’s internal design system.
- • Optimize frontend performance at scale to ensure responsiveness and reliability across enterprise-grade usage scenarios.
- • Collaborate closely with design and backend/infrastructure teams to shape APIs and user experiences for long-running jobs, streaming results, and AI tool-calling workflows.
- • Enhance frontend reliability and security UX to meet the stringent requirements of enterprise and regulated legal environments.
- • Mentor junior and peer engineers through thoughtful code reviews, documentation, and guidance to elevate team-wide frontend standards and developer experience.
- • Maintain high standards across all aspects of engineering work, including code quality, communication, architecture, and user experience.
- • Contribute to building a product that transforms how legal and professional services operate by integrating frontier agentic AI with enterprise-grade platforms.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a product-focused frontend software engineering role post-B.E./B.Tech/MS
- • Proven experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS (specifically TailwindCSS)
- • Demonstrated track record of building fast-growing SaaS products using PWA technologies
- • Proven track record of shipping highly intuitive, detail-oriented products
- • Experience working at startups or scaleups (early- to late-stage) is a plus
- • Must be authorized to work in India; visa sponsorship is not available
