📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) role at Aphex Technologies Inc., a construction planning platform replacing outdated spreadsheets with multiplayer tools used by major contractors on projects ranging from £50 million to multi-billion pound megaprojects.
• Build and scale backend services for real-time collaboration, architect solutions for complex data synchronisation, create elegant frontend experiences with React and TypeScript, design WebSocket-based features for live updates, optimise performance for massive project datasets, contribute to serverless infrastructure, participate in code reviews, and collaborate asynchronously with global team while overlapping with PH timezone.
• Join a growing team of 20+ developers focused on delivering infrastructure that millions will rely on, working on products used by teams building critical infrastructure like highways, bridges, and hospitals.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with reliable internet connection
• 5 years’ experience in software engineering with skills in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Deep experience with React and modern frontend patterns (Redux client-side)
• Proven backend development skills - built and scaled production systems
• Experience with real-time applications and WebSocket implementations
• Deep understanding of database design and optimisation (NoSQL experience valued)
