• • The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our vibrant New York City office, conveniently located near Grand Central Station. Our office space is equipped with state-of-the-art robots, providing a unique and engaging environment for demos, testing, and hands-on exploration of our technology.
• • Key responsibilities include identifying, scoping, and driving the execution of high-impact technical projects that directly benefit our users. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing critical insights and recommendations on technical decisions and overall strategy. A significant aspect of this role involves mentoring and guiding other engineers, sharing your expertise to foster their technical and personal growth, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• • You will be responsible for driving technical decision-making processes and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions through deep, hands-on technical work. This includes architecting scalable and reliable systems, writing clean and efficient code, and championing best practices across the engineering team.
