• The Growth Engineering team is at the forefront of innovation, responsible for designing and implementing the critical systems that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. • Your work will directly influence how new users discover, trust, and engage with Kraken's suite of products. This includes developing and optimizing the systems behind our marketing funnels, the crucial signup and Know Your Customer (KYC) flows, and the key engagement features that encourage users to fund their accounts and explore the diverse offerings within the Kraken platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using languages such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, and frontend frameworks like React or React Native.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization techniques, debugging complex issues, and secure software design principles.
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure and tooling, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB), caching systems (Redis), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
• A strong product mindset, with a keen interest in how your technical contributions impact key business metrics and user engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and effectively within a globally distributed, remote-first work environment.
