• Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software defects across the platform using AI-enhanced debugging workflows, writing clean, maintainable Node.js and React code, conducting thorough testing to ensure fixes are robust and non-regressive, participating in code reviews to uphold quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams via remote communication tools to align on priorities and solutions, and documenting fixes and processes to improve team knowledge sharing.
• The engineer will also contribute to improving system reliability and performance over time, assist in triaging incoming issues, mentor junior developers on best practices in debugging and full-stack development, and gradually take ownership of small feature enhancements as confidence and familiarity with the codebase grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with strong proficiency in Node.js and React
• Proven ability to debug and resolve complex issues in large, existing codebases using modern tooling
• Experience working with AI-assisted development or debugging tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for effective remote collaboration with international teams
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and commitment to code quality and testing best practices
