Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product features, from discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization. You will write Python, TypeScript, and Next.js code that powers web applications, APIs, data pipelines, and SDKs used by thousands of developers worldwide.
• • Collaborate daily with a tight-knit, fully-remote squad of engineers, product managers, and designers who prize autonomy, speed, and customer impact. You will participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and retrospectives that keep the team aligned and continuously improving.
• • Design and evolve scalable, observable systems that ingest, process, and surface real-time insights from observability data generated by thousands of applications. You will leverage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, Redis, Memcache, and BigQuery to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance.
• • Champion code quality and system reliability by writing clean, well-tested code, automating CI/CD pipelines, and joining a rotating on-call schedule. You will document technical specifications, runbooks, and post-mortems so the team can learn and iterate quickly.
• • Drive continuous improvement across the entire stack—refactoring legacy modules, optimizing database queries, modernizing build tooling, and experimenting with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
• • Contribute to open-source projects and internal libraries that the broader developer community relies on. Your pull requests, blog posts, and conference talks will amplify the company’s technical brand and attract top talent.
• • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through pair programming, design reviews, and career-growth conversations. You will model best practices in testing, observability, and secure coding while fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
• • Translate complex product requirements into elegant technical solutions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability. You will weigh trade-offs, present options to stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions that maximize customer value.
• • Stay ahead of emerging technologies—evaluating Kafka for event streaming, experimenting with GraphQL federation, or piloting new GCP services—to ensure the platform remains best-in-class and cost-efficient.
