- • You will lead end-to-end development initiatives, architecting scalable systems and implementing AI-driven features that serve hundreds of thousands of users, while collaborating across product, design, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

- • In this role, you will grow as a technical leader by owning complex initiatives, mentoring peers, and influencing engineering practices across the organization. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building production software, with preference for 2+ years in startup or high-growth environments
- • Proficiency in the core tech stack: React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, and Redis
- • Proven experience designing and scaling backend systems, including data ingestion pipelines and enterprise integrations, serving large user bases
- • Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for applying LLMs and agentic frameworks in clinical settings
- • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems, drive initiatives to completion, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, design, and clinical stakeholders
