- • Join a mission-driven team building AI-powered cancer screening platforms that serve hundreds of thousands of patients across 150+ cities globally.
- • Architect, build, and scale full-stack web platforms using ASP.NET Core for backend services and modern Vue.js for frontend interfaces.
- • Lead end-to-end feature delivery from UI design to database optimization, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- • Design and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs that integrate with EMRs, imaging partners, and AI diagnostic services.
- • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical design sessions to elevate team-wide engineering standards.
- • Own quality assurance by implementing and enforcing automated testing strategies using xUnit, NUnit, Jest, and Playwright across unit, integration, and e2e layers.
- • Deploy and operate scalable workloads in Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- • Collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into intuitive desktop, tablet, and mobile user experiences.
- • Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices by introducing performance tuning, observability, and clean code standards across the codebase.
- • Contribute to Agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical roadmap prioritization.
- • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements in a healthcare environment, with direct impact on patient safety and care outcomes.
- • Build and maintain robust SQL Server databases with optimized queries, indexing strategies, and data modeling aligned with domain-driven design principles.
- • Champion DevOps culture by automating deployment workflows, reducing technical debt, and improving system reliability and uptime.
- • Shape the technical direction of the Imaging Team by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns that align with company growth and mission.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- • 6+ years building production systems in ASP.NET Core / C#
- • Full-Stack experience with production-grade ASP.NET Core backends and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontends
- • Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems with SQL Server
- • Deploying and operating workloads in Azure (or AWS/GCP) using IaC, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- • Proven track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical projects in an Agile environment
