- • As a Senior Software Engineer on Vanta's GTM Engineering team, you will design and ship internal tools that transform how go-to-market teams operate, directly impacting pipeline generation, win rates, and customer engagement at scale.
- • You will own the full product lifecycle—from prototyping AI-powered workflows and internal applications to shipping, maintaining, and documenting production-grade systems that solve real-world sales, customer success, and revenue operations challenges.
- • You'll embed with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations to identify high-leverage opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and build systems that accelerate GTM efforts using AI, modern web technologies, and automation.
- • This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and GTM strategy, where you’ll move quickly from concept to production, apply a product mindset, and shape how customers experience Vanta in the field while informing broader product development through field learnings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on building and shipping full-stack applications
- • Former founder or early engineer at a startup (0–50 employees) with experience building products from the ground up in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
- • Deep technical skill set: proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and strong SQL skills
- • Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Customer Success) to translate business needs into technical requirements
- • Product mindset: focus on user experience, business impact, and building systems people love to use
- • Demonstrated ability to move quickly from prototype to production, make effective tradeoffs, and ship incrementally
- • Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders and executive leadership
- • Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong) or workflow automation tools (Workato, n8n) is a plus
- • Experience with modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dbt) is a plus
- • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
