📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer responsible for building and operating internal AI-powered systems that enhance Go-to-Market (GTM) functions across Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations at ClickUp.
• Day-to-day ownership includes designing and maintaining Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, building autonomous AI agents for GTM workflows, developing full-stack internal tooling, and integrating with LLM providers to deliver production-grade AI infrastructure used by hundreds of employees.
• Part of The Foundry, ClickUp’s internal AI innovation lab embedded within GTM Systems, focused on turning AI capabilities into operational tools that make GTM teams faster and smarter through ownership, velocity, and atomic delivery principles.
• Opportunity to deepen expertise in AI-native development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), agent orchestration, and secure API design while mentoring junior engineers and shaping engineering standards in a high-impact, AI-accelerated environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
• Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js for idiomatic, typed, testable server-side code
• Strong Python for automation scripts, data pipelines, and AI/ML tooling
• Meaningful AWS deployment experience with Lambda, Bedrock, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch
• Demonstrated experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and shipping AI-powered features to real users
