• As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated, user-centered product team, leveraging the latest advancements in iOS development, including SwiftUI, Async Await, and Swift Package Manager. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, partnering with backend engineers, UX designers, product analysts, and fellow mobile engineers to bring innovative solutions to life.
• Your core responsibility will be to drive the development of new features and products from conception to launch. This involves translating user needs and business requirements into robust, high-quality software. You will be expected to write clean, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code that adheres to the highest engineering standards.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve ensuring the reliability and stability of our applications through comprehensive testing strategies. This includes developing and maintaining Unit and UI automation tests, meticulously covering edge cases, usability scenarios, and overall application performance.
• You will play a critical role in making key engineering decisions, continuously iterating on designs and implementations based on user feedback, and collaborating effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, demonstrating your ability to be a self-starter who thrives in an empowered environment, requiring minimal micromanagement.
• Beyond individual contribution, you will be a technical leader, driving in-depth design discussions. You will share your expertise, providing guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles, thereby elevating the technical capabilities of the entire mobile team.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers is a key component of this role. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, helping to develop the technical skills of emerging talent and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• You will contribute to the architectural vision of our iOS applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance as Maven continues to grow and expand its offerings.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the iOS ecosystem, evaluating and recommending new tools and approaches to enhance our development process and product quality.
• Collaborate with product management to define and refine product roadmaps, providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall engineering culture.
• You will be instrumental in building and scaling the iOS application that serves millions of users, directly impacting the health and well-being of women and families worldwide. 🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience developing user-facing iOS native applications.
• Proven experience with modern iOS development frameworks and tools such as SwiftUI, Swift Package Manager, Async Await, Concurrency, and Threading.
• Strong understanding of modern mobile architectures and software design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC, VIPER).
• Experience working with REST APIs to create data-driven applications and handling complex data synchronization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design discussions, provide architectural guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
