📋 Description
- • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Merchandising team at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will play a critical role in building next-generation tools that support the company's merchandising organization, directly contributing to the 'Inventory 360' initiative that transforms inventory planning and purchasing processes.
- • Day to day, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using Angular, .NET Core, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure SQL Server; diagnose and correct complex software defects; produce prototypes; recommend technical optimizations; maintain software roadmaps; assign work schedules; mentor junior teammates; and support program management efforts.
- • You will join a remote-first Technology team spread across the United States that values collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, with opportunities for virtual and in-person team events such as virtual escape rooms and attending Pittsburgh Pirates games at PNC Park.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise-scale merchandising systems while gaining leadership experience through mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team growth and technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- • 6-10 years of experience
- • 7-12 months experience of generalist supervision of junior colleague
