📋 Description

• 설계하고 개발하는 대규모 멀티모달(영상, 이미지, 오디오) 데이터 파이프라인은 트웰브랩스의 세계 최고 수준 영상 이해 AI 모델의 핵심 기반이 됩니다.
• 페타바이트(PB) 규모의 비정형 멀티모달 데이터를 수집, 전처리, 정제, 필터링, 라벨링하는 데이터 엔진을 구축하고 운영합니다.
• 영상, 이미지, 오디오 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고 시각화할 수 있는 내부 데이터 시스템을 설계하고 개발합니다.
• LLM/VLM 학습을 위한 고품질 데이터셋을 설계하고, 실제 사용자 경험을 반영한 평가 데이터셋을 함께 구축합니다.
• 단순 기능 구현이 아닌, 모델 성능에 실질적인 임팩트를 주는 라이브러리와 서비스를 기획하고 구축합니다.
• 다양한 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 프로젝트의 우선순위와 목표를 정의하고, 기획부터 개발, 운영 단계까지 기술 이니셔티브를 주도합니다.
• 데이터 품질을 통해 AI 모델의 정확도와 일반화 능력을 근본적으로 향상시키는 역할을 수행합니다.
• 내부 도구를 직접 개발하고 지속적으로 개선하여 데이터 처리 과정의 효율성을 높입니다.
• 방대한 CCTV 영상, 스포츠 경기 영상, 방송 콘텐츠 등 다양한 실세계 영상 데이터를 기반으로 한 데이터 인프라를 구축합니다.
• NVIDIA, Databricks, Snowflake 등 글로벌 기업과 협업하며, 한국에서 개발된 AI 모델 중 유일하게 Amazon Bedrock을 통해 서비스되는 제품에 기여합니다.
• 4년 연속 CB Insights 선정 세계 100대 AI 스타트업으로 선정된 Deep Tech 스타트업의 핵심 팀에서 일하며, 글로벌 B2B 고객과 함께 성장합니다.
• 데이터 엔지니어링 역할이 회사 내 어떤 엔지니어링 역할보다도 모델 품질에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 환경에서 일합니다.
• 샌프란시스코와 서울에 오피스를 둔 하이브리드 근무 환경에서 자율성과 협업을 동시에 실현합니다.

🎯 Requirements

• Python 언어에 능숙하며, 백엔드 또는 데이터 엔지니어로서 3년 이상의 실무 경험이 있음
• ML/AI 시스템과의 협업 또는 관련 데이터 처리에 높은 관심과 이해도를 갖춤
• 빠르게 변화하는 스타트업 환경에 잘 적응하며, 회복탄력성과 문제 해결 역량이 뛰어남
• 데이터 엔지니어링 과제에 대해 주도적으로 해결책을 탐색하고 실행할 수 있음
