Senior Software Engineer (Node.js, Golang)

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer at Astronomer, you’ll build the application-layer services and user experiences that customers rely on every day to run and scale their data workflows, directly impacting product experience, usability, and reliability.
• • You’ll design and build microservices and APIs using Node.js, Go, and Python, develop customer-facing features with React, own features end-to-end from concept to production, and partner with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful capabilities on the Astro Private Cloud control plane.
• • You’ll join the Astro Private Cloud team within Astronomer, the company behind Astro — the industry-leading unified DataOps platform powered by Apache Airflow® — trusted by over 800 enterprises to accelerate reliable data products and unlock AI value.
• • You’ll deepen your expertise in cloud-native backend systems, distributed architecture, and full-stack product development while contributing to system design decisions, improving platform reliability, and helping define engineering best practices for application services on Kubernetes-based platforms.
