📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer (Remote) at PolicyMe Inc., a Toronto-based startup modernizing insurance through AI and machine learning to make it simpler, more accessible, and customer-first in a $1T industry.
• You will work across the full stack—contributing to front-end (React, Redux), back-end (Python, PostgreSQL), and AI/ML initiatives (LangChain/LangGraph), while participating in architecture discussions, release planning, and company-wide engineering efforts.
• Join a remote-first, ambitious team building a groundbreaking product line to transform the insurance broker experience by automating manual processes and unlocking data-driven insights using cutting-edge tools like n8n and AWS.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development and AI integration, contribute to high-impact product innovation, and grow as a technical leader in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and React/Redux for full-stack development
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Strong background in building and deploying applications on AWS
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and automation tools like n8n
• Ability to collaborate in architecture discussions, release planning, and cross-functional engineering initiatives
