• • Senior Software Engineer, RLE at Handshake Technologies, Inc. is a high-ownership role focused on building the Reinforcement Learning Environments (RLE) platform where frontier AI models learn to complete real-world work, directly impacting how models are trained and evaluated across domains like software engineering, finance, and legal.
• • Day to day, the engineer will build and scale RLE environments and platforms, drive architecture for scalable and reliable systems, partner with Research, Product, and Ops teams to turn ambiguous needs into production systems, build modular domains that integrate with training and evaluation loops, and improve reliability, observability, performance, and data quality.
