📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) role focused on building and scaling the world’s largest AI companionship platform, contributing to a product used by 50 million users and growing rapidly toward 100M and beyond.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Manager to review specifications, preparing integration plans and estimates, implementing features through hands-on coding, managing pull requests, conducting code reviews, and ensuring testing quality.
• Part of a fast-moving, globally distributed tech team of ~75 people, working closely with the CTO, product team, and cross-functional engineers including web developers, SRE, and data scientists to drive innovation in AI-powered social experiences.
• Opportunity to influence technical direction, experiment with new ideas, and grow expertise in modern full-stack development while contributing to a category-defining AI product with strong ethical foundations via the proprietary EverGuard moderation system.
