• • Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) role focused on building and scaling the world’s largest AI companionship platform, contributing to a product used by 50 million users and growing rapidly toward 100M and beyond.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Manager to review specifications, preparing integration plans and estimates, implementing features through hands-on coding, managing pull requests, conducting code reviews, and ensuring testing quality.
• • Part of a fast-moving, globally distributed tech team of ~75 people, working closely with the CTO, product team, and cross-functional engineers including web developers, SRE, and data scientists to drive innovation in AI-powered social experiences.
