- • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Site Reliability team at Harvey AI Inc., you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the legal AI platform, playing a critical role in maintaining system uptime and enabling global scale across 50+ regions.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure resources; lead incident management including postmortems and root cause analysis; automate operational workflows; collaborate cross-functionally on reliability, security, and compliance; and optimize infrastructure costs through strategic planning and build-versus-buy decisions.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and incident response while contributing to a high-leverage SRE team that sits at the intersection of infrastructure and product, gaining impact in a scaling, category-defining company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles supporting production environments
- • Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
- • Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages
- • Solid understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization, networking, databases, and cloud security principles
- • Proven track record of diagnosing complex system problems and implementing durable solutions
