- • As a Senior Software Engineer - SRE at Socure, you will own and operate mission-critical, production-grade systems that form the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, ensuring 100% of good identities are verified in real time while stopping fraud before it starts.
- • Day to day, you will design, operate, and continuously improve highly available AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) platforms, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, implement observability with Datadog, define and track SLIs/SLOs, automate incident response, and eliminate toil through code in Go or Python.
- • You will join a high-bar engineering team at Socure that values ownership, critical thinking, and operational excellence, working in a fast-paced environment where reliability is proactive, not reactive, and your contributions directly impact the stability and scalability of systems used by businesses, governments, and millions of people.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, platform engineering, and SRE practices, gain hands-on experience scaling EKS and GitOps workflows, and grow as a technical leader who shapes reliability culture through automation, documentation, and data-driven decision making.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep AWS expertise including networking, compute, IAM, scaling, and security
- • Strong experience managing infrastructure using Terraform at scale
- • Very strong Kubernetes fundamentals with hands-on experience operating Amazon EKS in production
- • Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-quality code in Go or Python
- • Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
- • Hands-on experience with Datadog for infrastructure, Kubernetes, and APM monitoring, including defining and using SLIs/SLOs
