- • Define and drive copy strategy for digital products including storefront, app interfaces, user flows, and subscription management systems
- • Lead and mentor a team of senior product copywriters across all digital product touchpoints, fostering growth and excellence in content creation
- • Own content strategy for product launches, A/B experiments, and high-visibility initiatives that impact conversion and retention
- • Champion the thoughtful integration of AI writing and productivity tools into ideation, content development, and workflow optimization processes, establishing team-wide best practices
- • Serve as a senior cross-functional partner to product managers, product marketing managers, designers, and developers, ensuring alignment on messaging and user experience
- • Synthesize and manage feedback from stakeholders across all levels, including executive leadership, to refine and elevate product copy
- • Deliver brand, marketing, and UX copywriting at the highest standard while evolving and enforcing Hims & Hers’ brand voice, tone, and editorial direction
- • Use insight-driven storytelling to enhance every digital asset, ensuring clarity, empathy, and precision in messaging around sensitive health and wellness topics
- • Champion editorial excellence by setting and maintaining rigorous standards for grammar, proofreading, and consistency across all product copy
- • Establish, evolve, and enforce organization-wide brand and content guidelines to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms and teams
- • Drive conversion- and engagement-focused experimentation at scale using data-driven insights to inform copy decisions
- • Influence organizational processes and stakeholder priorities through compelling creative rationale and strategic communication
- • Maintain a hands-on "player/coach" leadership style, balancing strategic oversight with direct involvement in high-impact copy projects
- • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, and Design teams to align messaging with business goals and user needs
- • Address complex healthcare and wellness topics with clarity, sensitivity, and accuracy while normalizing conversations around personal health
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years' experience in digital product copywriting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- • Demonstrated ability to lead, grow, and inspire high-performing copywriting teams
- • Fluency with AI writing and productivity tools, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate them into creative workflows, experimentation, and ideation processes
- • Strategic thinker with a strong track record in data-driven marketing and experimentation
- • Proven ability to drive conversion- and engagement-focused experimentation at scale
- • In-depth understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry is a plus
