📋 Description
- • Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
- • Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site
- • Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement
- • Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained
- • Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site
- • Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (we use Next.js and Tailwind)
- • A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work
- • Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows
- • Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code
- • Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
