📋 Description

• • The Senior Software Implementation Engineer plays a key role in the successful technical delivery of Lumindigital’s digital banking platform, acting as both a solutions engineer and technical consultant responsible for implementing platform features, supporting data conversions, and working directly with clients from implementation kickoff through production launch.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading full-cycle technical implementations for new clients, serving as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, implementing and configuring banking product components, performing testing and validations, managing client environments across staging and production, conducting working sessions to enable client self-management, developing custom solutions using the company’s SDK and APIs, creating documentation for scope and data flows, partnering with cross-functional teams, communicating status and risks, supporting data migration and load testing, troubleshooting technical issues, identifying process improvements, and providing post-launch support until handoff to application support.
