• • As a Senior Solution Architect within Stepful’s Workforce Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering healthcare employers to address their most pressing workforce challenges. You will engage directly with senior leaders at major health systems, architecting and customizing Stepful programs to meet unique partner needs. Your focus will be on ensuring these solutions are not only practical and scalable but also meticulously designed for measurable success and impactful outcomes.
• • This is a highly strategic and cross-functional position. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to refine deal strategies, partner with Learning, Operations, and Client Success teams to mitigate delivery risks, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing industry best practices and insights. Beyond individual client engagements, you will contribute significantly to shaping Stepful’s go-to-market strategies and solidifying our reputation as an indispensable partner to healthcare employers across the nation.
• • In this capacity, your responsibilities will encompass leading in-depth program design discussions during the sales cycle, employing expert facilitation skills to uncover client objectives, operational constraints, and potential implementation hurdles. You will be instrumental in driving alignment with employer partners, meticulously configuring Stepful programs to precisely match their specific requirements and strategic goals.
• • Furthermore, you will orchestrate internal cross-functional alignment, proactively identifying and communicating program design and delivery considerations to ensure all internal teams are fully prepared for successful client launches. Your efforts will be crucial in accelerating deal cycles by providing clarity on dependencies and enabling informed decision-making for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• • You will have the opportunity to join and lead critical early-stage client meetings, presenting innovative solution options, sharing valuable best practices derived from industry experience, and positioning Stepful as a forward-thinking thought leader. Post-sales, you will serve as the primary implementation lead, ensuring each client's solution is optimally set up for launch and that all post-sales teams possess a comprehensive understanding of the deployed solution.
• • As a subject matter expert, you will be expected to maintain a deep and current understanding of Stepful’s diverse program offerings, our flexible delivery models, and the evolving landscape of workforce development trends within the healthcare sector. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping both client solutions and internal strategy.
