- • Design, configure, and implement customized contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions using Agiloft’s no-code Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP) to meet complex client business requirements.
- • Collaborate directly with clients to analyze end-to-end contract workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate business needs into scalable, data-driven system configurations.
- • Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders across legal, procurement, sales, and finance functions to map contract processes and define automation opportunities.
- • Architect solutions that automate contract creation, negotiation, approval, signature, renewal, and compliance tracking using Agiloft’s flexible platform without writing code.
- • Leverage Agiloft’s AI-powered features to enhance contract analysis, risk detection, and obligation monitoring, acting as a legal force multiplier for clients.
- • Integrate Agiloft’s platform with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, e-signature tools, and document management platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- • Serve as the primary technical advisor during client implementations, guiding teams through configuration, testing, training, and go-live phases.
- • Document solution designs, configuration standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across implementations and enable knowledge transfer.
- • Work closely with Agiloft’s certified implementers and support teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful customer outcomes.
- • Maintain deep expertise in Agiloft’s platform capabilities and stay current with evolving CLM industry trends, regulatory requirements, and integration patterns.
- • Drive customer success by ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational efficiency, risk reduction, and contract visibility improvements.
- • Participate in pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals to support new business acquisition.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how to leverage contract data as a strategic asset for competitive advantage.
- • Champion Agiloft’s philosophy of “EX = CX” by delivering exceptional client experiences that reflect the company’s commitment to employee and customer well-being.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentor junior solution architects, and help refine implementation methodologies and toolkits.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise software solutions, preferably in contract lifecycle management (CLM) or similar business process automation domains
- • Strong ability to analyze complex business workflows and translate them into technical configurations using no-code or low-code platforms
- • Demonstrated experience integrating software systems with ERP, CRM, e-signature, or document management platforms
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- • Logical problem-solving mindset with a track record of breaking down complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions
- • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, implementation, or solutions architecture role
