- • The Senior Solution Consultant (Global) at Salesforce serves as a strategic hub connecting Japanese customers with the India-based Global Delivery Center (GDC), enabling business transformation through Salesforce by combining Japanese business context, GDC’s technical excellence, and AI tools to maximize customer ROI.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include pairing closely with Japanese senior architects to understand project intent, translating Japanese customer requirements into precise technical specifications for GDC, leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation and review, and bridging cultural and procedural nuances between Japanese and Indian teams to prevent misalignment.
- • The role supports advisory services such as strategy and transformation design, project execution facilitation (including requirements, design, testing, and data migration), and governance and optimization through quality checks and environmental health assessments in collaboration with GDC.
- • Success in this role enables the individual to develop deep expertise in enterprise solution delivery, cross-cultural technical facilitation, AI-augmented consulting, and global project governance—positioning them as a trusted advisor in the agentic AI era at a leader in CRM innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise system consulting or IT system implementation (including development, design, QA, or related functions)
- • Deep understanding of the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and migration, including what to build and how to proceed at the task level
- • Fluency in Japanese to accurately interpret customer and internal architect intent, and business-level English to communicate technical details and process improvements with the India-based GDC team
