- • As a Senior Solution Consultant SAP HCM, you will bridge HR expertise with technological know-how to develop future-proof solutions for clients in the SAP HCM environment, directly impacting business outcomes through tailored consulting.
- • Your day-to-day includes analyzing customer requirements and HR processes, designing solution architectures, presenting solution scenarios, supporting the sales process with effort estimates, collaborating with sales and delivery teams, and facilitating workshops and management-level presentations.
- • You will join a dynamic, expert-driven team at Mindsquare AG, working closely with Managing Consultants and SAP specialists in a culture of short decision-making paths, high autonomy, and continuous personal and professional growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your SAP HCM expertise, strengthen client-facing and presentation skills, shape holistic HR-tech solutions, and advance your career through individualized development plans and mentorship.
🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience (ideally minimum 3 years) in the SAP HCM environment, e.g., in consulting, conception, or implementation
- • Solid understanding of HR processes and their mapping in SAP HCM
- • Confident demeanor with strong presentation and communication skills
