• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team in Santa Barbara, California. This is a pivotal role where you will act as a key technical advisor, leveraging your deep technical insight to guide solution optimization and ensure the seamless, successful implementation of Artera's platform for our valued customers. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and the operational realities of healthcare organizations, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value.
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Experience, and Product Development. Your primary responsibility will be to assess customer requirements, design scalable and robust solutions that align with their specific needs, and provide comprehensive technical support throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales cycles. You will play a critical part in shaping customer workflows, architecting innovative solutions to complex integration challenges, and driving the widespread adoption of Artera's AI-powered platform.
• Your expertise will be crucial in understanding the intricate workflows of healthcare providers and identifying opportunities where Artera's virtual agents can deliver maximum impact. This includes delving into the technical intricacies of their existing systems, understanding their data structures, and proposing integration strategies that are both effective and efficient. You will be responsible for conducting technical discovery sessions, performing product demonstrations, and developing proof-of-concepts to showcase the power and versatility of our solutions.
• A significant aspect of this role involves acting as a trusted technical consultant to our clients. You will be expected to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships based on expertise and reliability. Your ability to troubleshoot complex issues, provide expert guidance on system configurations, and ensure optimal performance of our deployed solutions will be paramount.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Artera's offerings by providing valuable feedback from the field to the Product team. This feedback loop is essential for refining our existing products and developing new features that address emerging market needs and customer challenges. You will be a key advocate for our technology, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of software integration, APIs, and data exchange protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, HL7, FHIR).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
